Yes — all cleansers in the Minforaa range use a gentle, sulfate-free base. Ingredients like Sodium Lauryl Sarcosinate, Decyl Glucoside, and Coco Glucoside replace harsh SLS. None of our products contain parabens.

Our formulas are designed with sensitive skin in mind. The Vitamin C Serum uses a Centella Asiatica base to reduce sensitivity, and our sulfate-free cleansers are gentle enough for daily use. For highly reactive skin, we recommend patch-testing on the inner arm for 24 hours.

Minforaa products are not tested on animals. Cruelty-free and vegan certifications are currently in progress and will be updated once confirmed.

All products have a shelf life of 24 months from the manufacturing date. Store the Vitamin C Serum away from sunlight and heat to maintain potency.

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of placement (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

We recommend consulting a doctor before using products with Salicylic Acid, AHAs, or high-strength Vitamin C. Body washes and shampoos are generally considered lower risk, but professional guidance is advised.

Yes. COD is available across India. A convenience charge of ₹49 applies to COD orders.

Because skincare involves personal hygiene, the safety of our customers is our top priority. Therefore, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind once a product has been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you receive the wrong item, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund for you!

Important: To help us process your claim smoothly, an uncut unboxing video is strictly required. Please ensure the video shows the fully sealed package, the shipping label, and the opening process revealing the damage.

Once our support team reviews and approves your unboxing video and claim (usually within 24–48 hours), your refund will be initiated. It typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method. For COD orders, we will request your bank details to transfer the refund.
