What if my product arrives damaged?
We pack every order with the utmost care, but we understand that transit bumps happen! If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or if you receive an incorrect item, please don't worry-we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund for you.

To help our support team resolve your issue as quickly and smoothly as possible, an uncut unboxing video is required to process any damage or missing item claims.
When your Minforaa package arrives, simply:

Keep the camera rolling in one continuous shot as you open the box and show the damaged or incorrect item.
